This is Jujube tea.  It is Korean, so you’ll need to visit a Korean market or an Asian grocery store.  If you’re in the DC area, there’s an a terrific Super Mercado on Backlick in Springfield.  Actually, I think it is a Fresh Market now but we’ve been calling it the Super Mercado for so long it has stuck.

Just mix a tablespoon or so in some boiling water.  It’s like a concentrated honey-fruit tea and it is awesome.

And Gin, of course.  Don’t forget the Gin.
