A 23-year-old Atlanta-based artist who calls himself Catlanta has gained a following by making unique little cat magnets and hiding them around the city for other people to find. He posts photos of the magnets on Twitter, Facebook, and Flickr after he plants them around the city, and then his fans use the photos to try and track down a Catlanta original of their own.
The fun is that you need to know the city in order to piece together where the cats are hidden, and you’re racing against like-minded strangers who want in on the action just as much as you do.
